In order to be healthy, we have to eat food that are not so oily, not too much sugar or salt too. Like maybe we could it healthy food like fruit salad or fruit/food that contains vitamin like oranges, it contains Vitamin C. Some unhealthy food that adults and children like to eat most are chocolates , french fries and hamburgers.It is important to eat healthily because you might grow fat. You will have either Diabetes (too much sugar). The benefits of eating healthily is to keep ourselves strong and healthy. I like to eat fruits and vegetables sometimes, because I always thought that vegetable are most tasteless and for fruits I like bananas,watermelons, and bluberries/cranberries. I do support the campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables because everyone in the school can be fit and healthy. The activities that I can suggest is to ask them to eat more fruits and vegetables and it is because there are vitamin and calcium in some of the fruits and vegetables.
